2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Personalized or custom items may take longer to process (typically 3–5 business days), depending on the complexity of the customization.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:
- Standard Shipping (Delivery in 4–7 business days)
- Express Shipping (Delivery in 1–3 business days, available for select PIN codes)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or during festivals/sales.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check your surrounding area or inquire with neighbors.
- Contact the courier company directly using the tracking number.
- If unresolved, email us at advaithaenterpriseskrb@gmail.com within 3 days of the marked delivery date.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for items undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address:
- We can reship it (shipping charges will apply), or
- Issue a refund minus shipping charges, if applicable.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us at advaithaenterpriseskrb@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable).
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund, as per our discretion.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select products and PIN codes. A small COD handling fee may apply. Orders placed via COD must be confirmed via phone or email prior to shipping.
9. Festival & Sale Periods
During festive seasons or major sales, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to high demand and courier delays. We appreciate your patience during such times.
